Hi Friends , how are you doing ? Wellcome to the year 2025. For those in the US , congratulations for your newly elected presiden. He is a businessman and i am sure he will do everything to protect the business in the US , especially those of you who are in the micro , small and medium enterprises.

Today i want to share with you about my formula that I called Triple Play. I noticed that if we take one action at a time , the result will be very slow and not meaningfull. Most of the time the first action will take sometime and this will delay the second and third action and so forth.

So why not we take 3 actions simultaneously so that our solution to a problem speeds up.

For example , in the year 2025 we may need to raise up our product pricing. Raising up a product price will have a backlash from customers if it is not done systematically.

So to mitigate the consequences , we simultaneously raise the quality or value of the product and give an explaination why the price is different in a meaningfull way.Raising the value of a product does not mean our cost will go up . Raising a value of product can be done by adding some kind of free service to accompany the product . We may also give out coupons for special price ( i do not like to use the word DISCOUNT ) during customers next visit . For my clients i created coupons for them to share with their friends and customers . When they share and their friends or customers use the coupons , they are given a free product.

For example John give out 10 coupons to Alice to distribute. If Alice manage to distribute all 10 coupons and they were used , Alice will get a free product. The extra work is to record the coupon numbers to counter check.

Lastly when you raise the price of product , make sure you post in FB for a month to explain the product that you are selling , but do not mention why you need to raise the price. Just explained the new benefits that comes with the new price.

So by doing 3 actions at one time :

1. Raising the product price.
2. Add value to the product.
3. Calender posting in FB

might mitigate the consequences.

You can do this Triple Play formula on any actions that you take to manage your business.
