The Importance Of A System

Every businesses, whether big or small; requires a clear and written system for improvement.
We may have a system such as daily, weekly, monthly meetings, file system or system to fill out forms etc. But many entrepreneurs faiedl to set up a system to develop their business.
This system if in place, is only in the minds of entrepreneurs and passed down to workers or anyone who takes over by way of thinking or idea alone without being recorded.
This system is modified without previous system records.
Try to check whether you  have this system in your business?
1.Can interview the prospective worker to get us the best worker.
2.The business to run smoothly without you or when you go for a holiday.
3.How to get the same result with different workers working on the same task.
4. Workers do not need you to make a good decision.
5.The worker resigned but the business went smoothly.
6.Customer entering your store gets the same service from different employees.
7.Money is still intact although sales dropped.
The system provides a way of how if we follow a plan, we will get the same or better results. It also provides a consistent path.
The system will produce a process where if we follow step by step we will get the same result. For example like following a recipe. And when systems and processes are followed, business can be expanded ,raised, repeated elsewhere, and then measured in performance.
Eventually entrepreneurs can manage business without spending full time in the business itself.
