Basically the Business Renaissance means we are starting from “0”. This is because the Business Plan we created at the startup phase may no longer be relevant. Customers, having spent so much time at home; their taste has changed. They have also learned many new things about PRICES and PRODUCTS. They already know where to buy cheap online. They already know the same product has different qualities. They are comfortable with ordering products from home and are only waiting for the next morning in the comfort of home. Business that have physical stores will be depressed. Although a large number of customers still prefer to buy on-premise Business premise, the volume is likely to decline.We must look back at our WHY, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, HOW, WHAT; factors that we included in our Business Plan at the beginning of Business.

One of the most profound effects on the MCO’s current biznes is the Cash Flow.So the first step to take after COVID-19 is to improve the cash and credit system.The 3 previous words I wrote to keep in mind were BASIC, DRASTIC & DRAMATIC.

From here we focus on:
1.System
2.Process
3.Human Resource Management
4.Business Tools.

All businesses need to do is to shorten the cash and credit payments process. This is possible if manufacturers, suppliers and buyers sit together at the table to discuss the best way to do this.The current payment process in the businesses takes a very long time. Especially involving physical documents that go back and forth.Examples are purchase request, purchase order, delivery order, invoice etc.This process can be shortened by using a system that controls the entire distribution chain. This centralized system will be used by suppliers, sellers and buyers.From the delivery order alone payment can be made without waiting for invoice.The system will automatically convert the delivery order to invoice and continue to pay when the goods arrive at the warehouse.Sometimes there is a supplier waiting for a new delivery order to issue an invoice because sometimes the goods received are not as ordered or there are defective ones that need to be returned.
