Business Continuity Secret

As a business visionary and entrepreneur, I realize that you need to manufacture a long haul business to give you an extraordinary existence with your friends and family, and to give monetary opportunity and autonomy. Keeping in mind the end goal to do as such, the business you are making should be flexible – versatile to awful fortune, terrible circumstances, solid rivalry, unpredicted hardship, and everything else, isn’t that so?

So what makes a business flexible and how would you make such a biological community in your business?

We should get straight into it – in this BLOGPOST I give you the three qualities of flexible organizations that I have refined from more than 25 years of working with private companies and strong business visionaries in Peninsular Malaysia , Sabah & Sarawak , Phillipines and Indonesia.

I genuinely mean it when I say that I would say, everywhere throughout the world and under any unfriendly conditions, the business people and private companies I have seen ride the terrible circumstances and not simply survive but rather enhance, are the individuals who have those three attributes. This way to me that they are regular qualities you need, wherever you are, confronting whatever circumstance, in whatever business, offering whatever item or administration!

In the event that they’re regular qualities at that point gain from others and utilize their recipe.

1. Identify Business Risk .
    I teach a method called Business Hazard Analysis. It identifies in advance
the problems that
you are going to face ,the impact on people ( staff ) , asset , environment or
reputation complete with marking for sense or urgency. It also provide solutions in advance so that
when you are facing a problem , you just open up the BHA and the solution is there ready for
you.Anticipate problems in advance and look for solutions immediately.

2. Journey Management Plan
Do you know where you are going and do your staff know where are you taking them? There are
many roads to success and its a choice. You can do it right the first time. Avoid making mistakes
like other people do. Start with a Strategic plan for 10 years , Tactical Plan for 5 years and
Operational Plan for 1 year. Identify time taken for each task . Identify What , Why , How , Where
and Who in your Organisation Chart and business meetings. Do you conduct toolbox talk every
morning on task to be done on the day and mistakes and good things that were done the day
before?

3. Work Life Balance
I have worked for a company that give particular attention to WLB . It provides all the basis of
    assistance for staff without involving money. Staff are allowed flexible time where possible. Good
    performance are rewarded and achievements celebrated. People are self motivated. We cannot
    motivate people.What we do is create an environment where peole are self motivated. The best
    business is the one which keeps moving although the boss is not around. There was a very low
    turnaround of staff in an oil and gas company that I was working before because 99.9 % of the
    staff  are happy.How do you make your staff happy without using money . Show care and
affection.Treat them as friends. Take 5 minutes to appreciate employees in a day.
