Audit is a good and effective system for identifying whether your business is conducted according to the system and processes that have been agreed. All big companies have their own audit companies that often consist of internal and external audit . External Audit from a third party to ensure that all processes are followed closely including internal audit process itself and there is no internal fraud. The problem of micro-businesses and SMEs is they do not have their own audit system. Excesses can not be detected. Business conducted for many years but the profits are untracable . As an logistic auditor from my previous company i was given 7 areas of management to be looked into to see whether there are weaknesses in the administrative and steps can be prepared to handle it. Business Continuity depends on best in class systems, processes and workers.
