Mutual consultation is the process of getting all empoyees to participate and ensure fairness in problem solving and decision making . Its about seeking concensus after all problems and solutions has been shared.The objective of mutual consultation is to arrive at a solution that is pragmatic and widely accepted thus avoiding backstabbing or sabotage to the business entity.However executive decision still lies within the positions of authority since not all ideas are easily implemented in a short time. Mutual consultation is also a tool to identify ” change agent” in the entity so that implementation will achieve its objective.Those who supported are more likely to make it happen and guide those who opposes . Good ideas may come from the floor of the frontline since these are the people who face real day to day problems.By sharing these observation will give new insight into problem solving in a creative way. Bottoms up technic has been practised by many global companies that help to continue and sustain their businesses.
