According to Jack Ma founder of ALIBABA , customer service should be the main focus of all businesses today . Being a Head of Customer Service and Fleet Operation when I was working with oil & gas company gave me a clear insight of what customer wants. Nowadays customers have their own system and processes.They will get annoyed when these system and processes get interrupted.Last time we have B2B and B2C concept.Now theres no more B2C . Consumers have become businessmen.They have Google to check the differences between 1 product and the other . The only way forward is to convince the benefits of the product apart from the features. One of my task last time was to handle “difficult “customers which my boss try to avoid.I found this people are very structured and systematic that any interruption to 1 process will destroy the whole ” ecosystem” that they builts . Get to know your customers better !
